Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website operated by ROIGENT (“the Company”) at www.roigent.com (“the Site”), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• Site — the website the Company operates to provide information about its services and content.
• User — anyone who accesses the Site and uses the information and functions it provides under these Terms.
• Content — all material published on the Site, including text, images, charts, insight articles, and case analyses.

Article 3 (Effect and amendment)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Site. The Company may amend them within the limits of applicable law, stating the effective date and the reason at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance where the change is unfavourable to users.

Article 4 (Services)

• Information about the Company and its services
• Insight and analysis content on pricing
• Receiving enquiries and scheduling consultations
• Tools provided on the Site, such as the Pricing Check

An enquiry or booking made through the Site is only the beginning of a conversation and does not by itself create a consulting contract. The scope, duration, and fee of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between the parties.

Article 5 (Nature of the content and disclaimer)

Insight articles, case analyses, and check results published on the Site are provided for general information and are not individualised advice for any particular company. The Company is not responsible for management decisions made on the basis of the content, including pricing and contract terms, or for their outcomes.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate, but market conditions and legislation change and material may not be current. Where third-party material is cited, the source is stated and accuracy remains with that source.

Even where a consulting contract has been signed, the Company does not guarantee that a deal will be won or that any particular financial outcome will follow. The Company’s responsibility is limited to what the individual contract provides.

Article 6 (User obligations)

• Do not impersonate others or submit false information
• Do not interfere with normal operation of the Site, including excessive automated requests or intrusion attempts
• Do not infringe the intellectual property of the Company or third parties
• Do not use the Site for commercial purposes without the Company’s prior consent
• Do not act in breach of applicable law

Article 7 (Intellectual property)

Copyright and other intellectual property in the Site and its content belong to the Company. The Company’s name, logo, and symbol are its assets and may not be used without permission.

You may quote the content with attribution, but you may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from it without the Company’s prior written consent.

Article 8 (Suspension of service)

The Company may temporarily suspend the Site for system maintenance, replacement, communication failures, force majeure, or similar reasons. We will give notice in advance, or afterwards where advance notice is not possible.

Article 9 (Personal data)

The Company protects personal data in accordance with applicable law. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Article 10 (External links)

The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. The Company has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content or services of those sites.

Article 11 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These Terms and any dispute between the Company and a user are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute in good faith; failing agreement, either party may bring proceedings before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
