ROIGENT (“the Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and related legislation, and establishes this policy to protect the personal data of its users.
1. Data we collect and how

We do not collect sensitive data such as beliefs, health, or political opinions, and we do not collect resident registration numbers.

- Statistical analysis to improve our services, in a form that cannot identify an individual
3. How long we keep it

4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal data to third parties. The following are the only exceptions.
- Where you have given prior consent
- Where required by law, or lawfully requested by an investigating authority following the procedures set out in legislation

These processors may operate servers outside the Republic of Korea. Their own privacy policies also apply when you use the relevant service.
6. Cookies and automatic collection
This website does not currently use cookies or tracking scripts for behavioural analytics or advertising. If we introduce analytics in future, we will revise this policy and post a notice on the site.
7. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time.
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction where the data is inaccurate
- Request deletion
- Request suspension of processing
Send your request to the contact below. We will respond within 10 days of receipt. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
8. Deletion
Once the retention period has passed or the purpose has been fulfilled, we delete the data without delay. Electronic files are erased by a method that prevents recovery; printed material is shredded or incinerated.
9. Security measures
- Access is limited to the minimum number of people, with permissions managed
- Files containing personal data are encrypted or held in access-controlled storage
- The website is served over HTTPS throughout
- Access logs to processing systems are retained

12. Changes
This policy may be revised in line with changes in law, policy, or our services. We will post any change at least 7 days before it takes effect, and at least 30 days in advance where the change materially affects your rights.
